About Me

I provide a high quality welding, polishing and metal fabrication service, particularly suited to specialist and classic vehicles. Depending on your requirements, the work can be to concours standard.

In over 30 years, I have worked on custom cars, show motorcycles and several classic cars including Bugatti, Ferrari, TVR, Aston Martin, Bentley, MG and Westfield. The work has included welding chassis, creating machine polished dashes, exhausts and recreating old, worn or broken items impossible to source.

I do Coded Welding in stainless steel pipe, plate and tube to Eagle Star (Lloyds of London) Standards. I am also qualified to Advanced City and Guilds.

Welding done in MIG, TIG, Manual Metal Arc or OxyAcetylene.

Please telephone or email if you want to discuss anything. I can give detailed and expert advice on the product to be constructed.

Advice

If you have a problem, I can advise whether to repair, rebuild or create new. I am also happy to advise on possible materials to use.

Training

I can give training up to B.S. 4872 and B.S. EN. 287. Key Benefits: One to one training of workforce. Updating of worker's skills. On-site assessment of welding skills and equipment.

Repairs

Motorcycle exhausts and brackets that stress crack or disintegrate with rust - perhaps weld or strengthen or replace with a stainless steel item. Farm machinery often needs a heavy item welding that must withstand heavy loads. Due to my coded welding proficiency, the actual weld will be to the highest quality.
